You agree to indemnify and hold City Weather, its affiliates, and its respective employees, officers, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violating this Agreement or engaging in any activity that could harm the App, its users, or third parties.

11. Changes to the Agreement

City Weather reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Agreement. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
